For 30 years, Mr. Fero has owned and led a retained executive search and RPO consulting business focused on Indiana headquartered companies. During the Great Recession, he began working with “Executives In Transition” who found themselves at a point in their careers where becoming an investor/owner was the best next step in their careers. Additionally, Mr. Fero has extensive experience working with corporate organizations spanning the Fortune 1000 down to entrepreneur-led businesses, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He additionally sources Buyers through work with Angel Investors, PE and VC firms. These are a few of the ways he has brought his experiences to Transworld Indiana resulting in successful transactions for his clients. Mr. Fero earned a BS in Political Science/Economics from Purdue University and is a Certified Personnel Consultant. He is involved with several community organizations including the boards of the Kiwanis Club & Foundation of Indianapolis (President ’13-’14), Columbia Club Inc. (Board Secretary 2019-20), the Fishers Area Swimming Tigers (VP 2020), Fishers Rotary Club, Charleston Crossing Homeowners Association (Past President), Purdue Theta Chi Chapter Advisory Board, and the National Federation of Independent Business (State Leadership Council, Small Businessperson of the Year 2005).
