Scott Nelson joins Transworld after spending most of his professional career in the financial services industry. Scott called on financial professionals running their own practices, consulted with them and helped conduct marketing events with his customers. He did own and operate his own small business as he sold solar powered attic fans and attic insulation to bring homeowner's energy costs down. His passion lies in doing what's right for the client and when matching a buyer and seller that becomes paramount. Scott is active with Wellspring Community in Castle Rock where his daughter used to attend a day program for special needs adults. Born & raised in Iowa, he graduated from Wartburg College and moved west to Colorado in 1986. He instantly fell in love with the beauty of Colorado and has never left. He has two grown children and in his spare time you can find him on the golf course or a sporting event.
