Spent the 1st part of his career in high tech where he was a founder of two software companies and completed a successful acquisition of both companies providing a 10x return to his venture capital investors. He built a successful profitable software division for a publicly traded company through the rollup acquisition of four software companies. In 2017 having had a career of merger and acquisitions activity in high tech, he acquired a NH real estate license for selling commercial real estate and the selling of business. He also provides business advisory and business valuation services. In the last 6 years, he has completed the successful sale of 22 businesses in the retail, hospitality, and manufacturing space. Pat has a business and a computer science degree from the State University of New York and completed advanced degree studies at the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. He was nominated to the NH Economic Development Council by Governor Hassen in 2014 and has been a mentor at the Paul School of Business at the University of New Hampshire for Entrepreneur Studies. Pat is a proud veteran having served 4 years in the USAF and currently resides in Center Harbor NH at the north end of Lake Winnipesaukee with his wife Lori and German Shepard Sammijo.​
