With a background spanning business banking, entrepreneurship, and leadership, Josh brings a wealth of experience to Transworld Business Advisors. His journey with Transworld began in 2024 when a Transworld agent in Cumming, Georgia successfully guided him through the sale of his own roofing company. After building that business from a three-person startup into a well-known company with 26 employees, he gained firsthand appreciation for the value of expert guidance during a business sale. Educated at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Josh began his career in ministry in Ontario, Canada, where he developed a foundation in servant leadership. He later transitioned into banking, serving with several major institutions including Bank of America, where he specialized in small business lending and underwriting. Over the course of more than two decades, he advised hundreds of business owners on growth strategies, operational efficiency, and financial performance. His entrepreneurial drive led him to launch a financial services division for a North Georgia community bank before founding his own commercial roofing company. After successfully building and selling that business, Josh relocated to Texas to help other business owners achieve profitable and seamless exits of their own. Outside of work, he is active with the Sacred Selections adoption foundation, coaches youth baseball and soccer, and leads mission trips across South and Central America. In 2025, he directed a youth camp for more than 80 Nicaraguan teens in Matagalpa, Nicaragua.
