Born and raised in the Dayton area, Jami is a senior marketing major at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business. She was first introduced to Transworld when JT Harp spoke in one of her classes, and after learning more about the business brokerage industry, she joined the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky team as a summer intern in 2024. Since then, Jami has supported the team across a variety of projects, contributing to marketing efforts, internal organization, and day-to-day operations. Her attention to detail, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for helping wherever she’s needed have made her a valuable part of the office. Through this experience, Jami has been fortunate to witness major milestones, strategic dealmaking, and meaningful conversations that have shaped her professional goals. She’s passionate about learning the behind-the-scenes of what makes businesses succeed and values the chance to grow within a team that leads with integrity, trust, and people-first service. After graduation in 2026, Jami plans to continue pursuing a career that blends business, strategy, and strong relationship-building.
