Gary Jacobs, Owner and Managing Partner of the firm, has over 30 years of experience starting, buying, running, growing, and selling businesses. Prior to forming the Northern Westchester office, Gary worked as a Private Equity and M&A Transaction Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal, one of the largest and most respected M&A Transaction Advisory firms. Prior to working at Alvarez & Marsal, Gary started, operated, grew, and exited his own technology consulting business. Prior to running his own business, Gary served as CFO at several small and mid-sized businesses, and as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Gary currently serves on multiple charitable, community, and corporate boards and committees. Gary previously served as a curriculum advisor for the Transformative Leadership Program, and adjunct lecturer on Creating Value Through Mergers and Acquisitions, at Pace University. Gary holds an MBA from Adelphi University and a BS in Accounting and Economics from the State University of New York.
