Dan LeRoy is the managing director of Transworld Business Advisors in Southern Utah. He assists business owners in the confidential sale of their business and/or growth through franchising. Through the process, he also helps entrepreneurs by finding great opportunities of businesses or franchises that they can purchase. Dan has been an entrepreneur and general business specialist for over 15 years, starting his first business while earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UVU. During this time, he has started and sold multiple profitable companies which give him unique insight to help guide others through the process. Dan spent 10 years as the founder and CEO of a successful business that provided services for many Fortune 500 companies. During his career he has accumulated experience in a broad array of fields including strategic planning, operations, financial analysis, marketing, and human resource management. Prior to joining Transworld, Dan managed and founded other businesses in the real estate and tech industries. He was raised in the business world; his father successfully started an Associated Foods grocery store and has operated it for over 35 years. Being raised in a capitalistic environment has instilled in Dan a love for all things business. It has given him a sense of empathy and admiration for those brave enough to live the American dream by opening (and then selling!) their own shop. As a native of Orangeville, Utah, Dan and his wife spend their free time in the outdoors and with family. They can regularly be found at the lake, on the mountains, or at a sports complex supporting their children. Dan volunteers his time and charitable donations to the LDS Church, BSA, and within local community sports organizations.
