Jeff Spears, is a native of Washington State, where he grew up in the family business of owning and operating gas stations during a time when cars were actually repaired at the station. He earned a business degree from Western Washington University, and upon graduation, began his professional career in the Oil & Gas industry, helping service station dealers run their businesses. Ultimately, Jeff settled into the telecom networking world, leading sales for both startups and Fortune 1000 companies. Jeff's professional passion lies in helping customers achieve their business outcomes. He believes in the saying, 'You can have everything you want in life if you just help enough other people get what they want.' Drawing on his inherent entrepreneurial spirit and sales acumen, Jeff is well-positioned to assist his customers in selling or buying businesses. Outside of work, Jeff takes full advantage of the Rocky Mountains, enjoying mogul skiing in the winter and fly fishing in the summer. In 2021, he and his wife of 32 years moved to a ranch in Castle Rock, where they now manage fish and bees.
