The company has been founded since 1999 as a reliable support and service provider with a clear mission to always put the customer first.  When a client works with this company it effectively becomes their in-house IT department.  The company participates in meetings with other IT-related vendors—such as those involved with phone systems, security solutions, or copiers to represent and protect the client’s interest.  The operations primarily take place during normal business hours but is also responsive to texts and calls after hours, mirroring the availability of an internal IT team.  Only on rare occasions are outside visits onsite outside of regular business hours, especially when it is necessary to perform work that minimizes client downtime, such as installing a new server or internet provider during business closed hours.
The client base is diverse, including hotels, law offices, and a golf course.  The company manages all aspects of IT for their clients, ranging from installation and maintenance of phone systems to setting up security cameras and handling all other related needs.
