Ray Titus is the CEO of United Franchise Group and its affiliated companies. Mr. Titus is a life-long entrepreneur who began his career with his father, franchising legend Roy Titus, and went on to develop a group of successful brands and franchise development services. His philosophies on growth, positive attitude, and family, influence the core values that have driven success within the brands he has developed from conception to international expansion. Ray has been recognized by Ernst & Young as Florida Entrepreneur of the Year, the Counselor International Person of the Year, the American Free Enterprise Medal from Palm Beach Atlantic University, ASI’s Power 50 list of the industry’s most influential people, the Sun-Sentinel Excalibur Award and for four consecutive years, Ray was named in Stitches magazine’s “Power 75” list of most influential people. He was one of the founders of the Florida Franchisor Association.

Andy Cagnetta, an IBBA Hall of Fame Inductee and CEO of the leading global business brokerage and franchise organization, Transworld Business Advisors, has a story to share. After relocating to Florida in 1995 with the goal of purchasing a business, Andy joined Transworld Business Brokers. His outstanding performance led him to acquire the company in 1997. Under his visionary leadership and through a strategic partnership with United Franchise Group in 2010, Transworld has expanded significantly, now boasting over 1,000 brokers and 250+ franchisees worldwide. Andy is a distinguished author, speaker, and trainer in business sales, valuation, and negotiations. His philanthropic efforts are equally notable; he has hosted his signature charity event, "Andy’s Family Pasta Dinner," for over 22 years, raising more than $2.5 million for LifeNet4Families. Andy firmly believes in giving back, stating, “We need to do what we can to support our community.” He continues to champion the values of community and family within the growing Transworld network. Andy resides in Hollywood with his wife, Allison. He works hard to be a good father to their two children, Rachel and Lauren, and remains dedicated to both his professional pursuits and philanthropic endeavors.

Since 1986, JT has helped over 3,000 entrepreneurs buy, grow, and sell businesses. He began his career with Signarama, the first UFG franchise, which expanded to over 700 locations in nearly 60 countries. He served as Director of Training and Support for 15 years and then as Brand President for 10 years, leading initiatives like the first Franchisee-led Ad Fund, FAC, and Hall of Fame. JT worked alongside the core team to develop eight franchise brands, which evolved into the United Franchise Group (UFG), where he served as President for three years. With over 33 years of experience in strategic planning, financial review, and business development, he is passionate about speaking, training, and coaching to drive success for business owners and their teams. As a proud franchisee, he leads the TBA Western Carolinas team from offices in Greenville and Spartanburg, SC, and Asheville and Hickory, NC. Since opening in 2016, he has completed $21M in business sales, directed 18 agents, and served as both Ad Fund VP and President, currently holding the position of President of Transworld Business Advisors. JT’s main vision is to bring value to the brand and offices on a national and local level that educates and serves buyers and sellers of businesses.
